Can wording be changed?
Yes! All wording can be changed to fit your needs.
Can the design color or skin color of the characters be changed?
Absolutely. Inclusivity is so important to us and so skin color, hair color and most other design color changes can be made to the characters shown in all of our products. If you like a product and would like to see changes made to the design please contact to see the items you are considering with these changes made.
Can my design be made in another language?
Yes, all languages are always welcome and we would rely on your wording to create your product.
Will I be able to view my invitations before they're printed?
Yes, proofing is available for invitation products upon request. Proofing can be requested at the checkout screen in the Note To Seller section.

When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within one business day. The shipping option you choose will determine how long of a transit time there will be. A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to confirm your order has shipped.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship using USPS First Class, Priorty Mail & Priority Express
Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?
Yes, first class worldwide shipping is available at the flat rate of $20USD.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and so we have described each and every item to the best of our ability. Personalized orders are non-refundable, however, if there is an error in your order due to a mistake on our end, we will gladly re-do your order or refund your money, your choice.
