Can wording be changed?

Yes! All wording can be customized to fit your event. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby shower, wedding, graduation, holiday, or another special occasion, we'll personalize the wording to match your needs.

Can my design be created in another language?

Yes. We welcome all languages and will use the wording you provide to create your personalized design.

Can the colors or characters be changed?

Absolutely. We offer a wide variety of character options, skin tones, and color choices throughout our collections. If you'd like a design adjusted to better match your event, please contact us before ordering. Most color and character modifications can be accommodated.

Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?

Yes. A proof is provided for all printed invitation and announcement orders. Production begins once your proof has been approved.

How long does the design process take?

Most proofs are sent within 1-2 business days. Revision requests are welcomed, and we will work with you to ensure your design is exactly how you'd like it before printing.

What if I need matching items?

All of our designs can be coordinated with matching stickers, address labels, thank you cards, favor tags, and other party stationery. If you don't see a matching item listed, feel free to ask.

Do you offer digital files?

Yes. Many designs are available as either printed products or digital files. Digital files are delivered electronically and can be printed wherever you choose.

Can I request a completely custom design?

We are happy to discuss customizations and design modifications. Contact us with your ideas and we'll let you know what options are available.
