SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship within one business day. The shipping option you choose will determine how long of a transit time there will be.  A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to confirm your order has shipped.

What shipping methods do you use?   We ship using USPS First Class, Priority Mail & Priority Express

Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?   Yes, first class worldwide shipping is available at the flat rate of $20USD.

What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and so we have described each and every item to the best of our ability. Personalized orders are non-refundable, however, if there is an error in your order due to a mistake on our end, we will gladly re-do your order or refund your money, your choice. 

Shipping & Handling Policy:
Orders are processed and packaged in house and shipped directly to you. We do know that there are times where package carriers are less than gentle with packages and some items can arrive less than perfect. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and will we will send replacements free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:
You are able to cancel your order for a full refund if your order has not been printed and/or shipped yet.

Return Policy:
